Three Skincare Products That Help Fight Acne

By GuestPoster

Maintaining the health of our skin is very important. Our skin is the first thing people see and so we want to put forth our best and most vibrant face, so to speak. There are tons of products that offer acne free skin but there are a few that stand out from the competion. It’s also possible to find natural products to combat acne for those looking for a remedy that is ‘inspired bu nature’.

The first product we will look at is a mild cleanser. This is the product that does all the dirty work. Cleansers clean the skin by washing off extra dead skin cells and oil. Using a non fragrant mild cleanser won’t irritate the skin like a facial scrub or more aggressive cleanser will. Most nature safe versions of an over the counter cleanser come in the form of baby cleansers or natural soaps.

The next product we should have in our arsenal is a good toner. Toners help to reduce redness in the face and constrict pores, making their openings smaller. Toners feel as though they are tightening up the face and firming it, which can help with sag, but the mechanism is astringent in quality. Reducing the size of the pore’s openings helps to keep debris such as dead skin cells and oil out of them. Natural alternatives are Rose Water and Witch Hazel.

The final product we will discuss is a moisturizer. Normally a regime using a toner and a mild cleanser can dry out the skin.  So by using a moisturizer we can put some of that moisture back. Keeping the skin hydrated will also deter the excess production of oil from the sebaceous glands. An all natural moisturizer that you could use is Aloe Vera.

Keeping the skin healthy can be a full time job. In this article we have looked at some helpful tips and products that can help keep our skin looking healthy and acne free so that we may look our best every day.
