Overseeding

Overseeding is the act of spreading seed on an already established lawn. Overseeding is great for introducing a variety of grass types to allow your lawn to become thicker and also be more resistant to diseases as well as become more drought tolerant.

Additionally, overseeding will help thicken up a thin lawn. We always recommend overseeding with aeration as pairing these two services allows the grass seeds to make direct contact with your lawns soil. This allows for a better germination rate and a higher return on your investment.
